Celsie Lorea Streeper of Norwalk, was stillborn Dec. 23, 1996 at Mercy Medical Center Hospital in Des Moines. Funeral services were Dec. 28 at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset. Father Robert J. Aubrey officiated the services and burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

She was born Dec. 23, 1996 to Wade Allyn and Lori Lorea (Welch) Streeper.

Surviving relatives include her parents; grandparents, Steve and Yonnie Streeper of Norwalk; and grandmother Terri Welch of Winterset.
