Clifford W. Hiskey, St. Charles

Services for Clifford W. Hiskey, 77, St. Charles, who died March 27 at his residence were held Fri., March 30 at the Calvary Baptist Church at St. Charles with the Rev. Doug Helton officiating. Burial was at the Lorimor Cemetery.

Born on March 5, 1913, at Lorimor, he was the son of Elmer and Carrie Palmer Hiskey. He was married March 25, 1943 in Colorado Springs, Colo., to Katharyn Gibson.

Mr. Hiskey was employed with the state Surplus Commission and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Shirley Bedwell and husband Garry of St. Charles; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; sisters, Lula Johnson of Murray, Leota Houston and Lena Peterson, both of Winterset, and Mildred Rakes of Texas; and a brother Maynard Hiskey of West Des Moines.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
