WESLEY J. WALKER, North Platte, Neb.

Services for Wesley J. Walker, 80, North Platte, Neb., who died Jan. 6, 1988, at Great Plains Regional Medical Center at North Platte, were held Jan. 8 at Berean Fundamental Church at North Platte. Graveside services were also held Jan. 11 at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born in Orient on Feb. 19, 1907, Mr. Walker was the son of Jud and Ida Reed Walker. He was a retired Baptist minister, had lived in North Platte since 1969 and was a member of the Berean church.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline; a daughter, Mrs. Nancy (Dean) Lowery of Scottsbluff, Neb.; brothers, Elton of Creston, Cecil of Toledo, Iowa, Rex of Winterset and Harley of Orient; a sister, Mrs. Doris McKee of San Jose, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
