RONALD WALKER, Winterset

Ronald Gene Walker, 53, died May 15, 1993, at Madison County Memorial Hospital. A memorial service was held May 18, 1993, at Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Epperson officiating. Burial was at Pleasant View Cemetery.

Mr. Walker was born May 1, 1940 in Madison County to Fred and Florence (Duff) Walker. A lifetime area resident, he was employed as a laborer.

He was preceded in death by his father and three brothers.

Surviving relatives include his mother of Winterset; two brothers, Fred and Tom Walker, both of Des Moines; and two sisters, Joyce Allsup and husband Earl, Jr., of Winterset, and Doris Weller and husband Jack, of Truro.
