Services for Aurilla M. Walker, 61, Winterset, who died Aug. 7, 1987 at the Madison County Memorial Hospital, were held Monday, Aug. 10, at the United Methodist Church in Winterset with the Rev. Clarence Lautt officiating. Burial was at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
Born July 18, 1926 at Lansing, Minn., she was the daughter of Samuel and Jessie Pearl Cart Rudd. As a child she lived in Lansing, Minn., and after graduating from high school moved to Des Moines. She married Andrew Rollen Walker on Oct. 5, 1946 and she and her husband moved to Winterset.
She was a homemaker and also worked at the Madison County Challenge Center after her husband died.
Survivors include daughters, Sheryl Henley and husband Richard of Peru, Marlene Waddingham and husband Michael of Lorimor, and Brenda Little and husband Dennis of Monticello; sons, Larry and wife Michelle of Indianola and Mark and wife Kathy of Winterset; 10 grandchildren, and her father of Lansing; a brother, Harold Rudd of Washington, Mo.; and sisters, Esthere Wollschlager of Lansing and Phyllis Tonne of Stuartville, Minn.
She was preceded in death by her mother, an infant sister, her husband and a grandson.
