Death of Bess Hill

Mrs. N. C. (Bess) Hill, a former Winterset resident, died Sunday, October 30, at Packwood, Washington. She was born December 28, 1891 to Riley and Clara Toland in Adams county, Iowa.

Mrs. Hill was married to Nervel C. Hill on February 19, 1923 at New Kirk, Oklahoma. The couple lived in Winterset before moving to Essex, Iowa, where Mr. Hill died.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Hill was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers. Burial in Iowa for Mrs. Hill was planned at Mt. Etna Cemetery.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.
