1980Former Resident Dies In Kansas
Mary Pinckney Hesseltine of Green Forest, Ark., a native of Madison County, died Oct. 2, at Salina, Kan., at the age of 70.
Born in Madison County, she was the daughter of Joseph L. and Jessie Pinckney. She attended school at Macksburg and was united in marriage to William Hesseltine, who survives her.
Also surviving are a sister, Ruby Wilson of Lorimor, and two brothers, Henry Pinckney of Winterset and Russell Pinckney of Des Moines.
Funeral services were held Oct. 6 in Green Forest, Ark., and Wednesday, Oct. 8 at Lorimor Baptist Church.
Burial was at the Moon cemetery near Macksburg.
