Steve Wallace, 24, of Winterset, died Sept. 25, 1995, of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in rural Winterset. Graveside services were Sept. 30 at the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield. The Rev. Stan Swinney officiated the services.
He was born in Bethany, Mo., on Jan. 14, 1971, to William T. and Naoma Ruth (Pledger) Wallace. He was a stationary engineer at ADM in Des Moines. He had been a resident of Winterset since 1992, having come from Bloomfield.
Surviving relatives include his parents; and two sisters, Stephanie Lynch and husband Rod of Bloomfield and Sherry Potter and husband James of Ottumwa.
