Dale Henderson, Des Moines

Dale Wayne Henderson, 38, of Des Moines died Nov. 1, 2000, due to an accident in rural Northwood, Iowa. The accident is under investigation.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset with the Rev. Bill Branson officiating. Burial of the cremains will be at Winterset Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

Dale Henderson was born Jan. 22, 1962, to Glenn and Jennie (Kirchhoff) Henderson of Mason City. A construction worker, Dale grew up in Des Moines and worked construction in the Oklahama, Florida, Omaha, Neb., and Mason City areas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by two daughters, Keri Henderson and Lisa Henderson, both of Omaha, Neb.; three brothers, Alvin Henderson of Laughlin, Nev., Gary Henderson of Shoshone, Idaho, Jerry Henderson of Las Vegas, Nev.; and two sisters, Connie Harris of Laughlin, Nev., and Marlene Hathaway of Patterson.
