Nola Haymond, Winterset

Nola Zain (Hiatt) Haymond, 74, of Winterset, died May 30, 1994 at her home. Graveside services will be today, Wednesday, at the Peru Cemetery at 1 p.m. with the Rev. John Shaull officiating. Burial will be at the Peru Cemetery.

She was born March 15, 1920 in Peru to Earl and Maude Dowler Hiatt and married Woodrow Haymond in Peru on Feb. 18, 1940.

She was a retired clerical worker and a Winterset resident for 11 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a lifetime member of the Madison County Historical Society.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving relatives include her husband.
