Teddy Hayden, Lorimor

Services for Teddy Hayden, 84, Lorimor, who died May 7 at the Greater Community Hospital at Creston were held May 12 at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. George King officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born in Madison County on Aug. 18, 1901, he was the son of Elijah and Martha Hoag Hayden.

He was a retired city maintenance worker in Lorimor. On April 5, 1922, he was married to Regina Hircock at Winterset. Mr. Hayden was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include sons, Omer Keith Hayden of Woodward and Merrill Gail Hayden of St. Charles; daughters, Alma Fay Palmer of Lucas, Beulah R. Harrison of Murray, Anna G. Faux of Patterson, Wilma F. Morrison of Springfield, Ill., Helen M. Salsbury of Norwalk, Marjorie E. Gallentine of Carlisle and Beverly N. Zimmerman of Burley, Ida.; 22 grandchildren, several step-grandchildren, and several great and great-great-grandchildren, and several step great and great-great-grandchildren.
