CRAIG E. WAMBOLD, Urbandale

Craig E. Wambold, 58, died March 10, 2005 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines following a short illness. He was the son of Cecil Clair and Evelyn Bernice Norris Wambold, born July 28,1946 in Earlham, Iowa.

Craig graduated from Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, Mo. He worked the the United States Department of Agriculture with assignments in Humboldt, Nevada and Des Moines, Ia. Since 1995, Craig had worked for Iowa Health System in the Security Department. He was also an agent for Primerica Financial Services.

Craig married Barbara Adams on July 28, 1979 in Nevada, Ia. He is survived by his wife, Barbara and two sons, Colin Wambold of Napa, CA, and Andrew Wambold of Urbandale. His passing is mourned by numerous other relatives, friends and co-workers. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Urbandale.
