The body of Miss Marjorie Davis was brought to Winterset Friday afternoon. She passed away at her home at Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada, Tuesday, February 24th. She was taken suddenly ill a few days before her death.
The father of Miss Davis was a minister of the Methodist church at Lorimor several years ago. Two brothers, Forrest and Fred, were members of Company A. The brother, Fred was killed overseas and was buried in the Winterset cemetery. The family is now living in Canada. The brother, Forrest, is sheriff of Greene county,
