Former Resident Succumbs at Klamath Falls, Aged 61 Years
Clyde Taylor, former resident of Madison county, died May 6 at his home in Klamath Falls, Ore., according to word received here last week. He was the son of Mrs. Louisa Clark of Winterset, who celebrated her one hundredth birthday last month.
Mr. Taylor was 61 years of age at his death. He was born near Winterset, Dec. 8, 1884, the youngest, son of Levi and Louisa Taylor. He lived at Winterset until 1908, when he moved to South Dakota. There he was married to Miss Esther Duell. they were the parents of four children, one of whom died in infancy.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Clyde and Carl Taylor; a daughter, Alice Louise; his aged mother of Winterset; two brothers, M.O. Taylor and V.F. Taylor of Winterset; and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Perry of Milwaukee, Wis.
