FRANK WIEDMAN DIES - Crawford Township Farmer
Apparently Victim of Sunstroke.

Frank P. Wiedman, Crawford township farmer, died in the Winterset hospital Wednesday, apparently the victim of sunstroke Monday while working in the field.

Mr. Wiedman had gone to the field to plow corn Monday morning and had taken his lunch with him. When he did not return that evening, they went to look for him, and found him unconscious in the field. He had not eaten his lunch, so it is thought that he was stricken during the morning. He was brought to the hospital,Monday night, for treatment, but died Wednesday.

The funeral will be held at the Catholic Church in Churchville.
