Donald L. Green, Osceola

Services for Donald Lloyd Green, 56, rural Osceola, who died Nov. 13 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17 at the United Church of Christ at Truro with the Rev. Ann Louise Weisenfluh officiating. Burial will be at the Ebenezer Cemetery in Madison County.

Born Nov. 26, 1931 in Des Moines, he was the son of Archie and Myrtle Nichols Green. He attended rural schools and graduated from Truro High School. On Sept. 30, 1951, he was married to Betty Ann Nelson at Cromwell, Iowa.

Mr. Green was a farmer and a member of the Church of Christ at Truro.

Survivors include his wife of Osceola; a daughter, Patricia Jean Davidson and husband Robert of Des Moines; a son, Mark and wife Patricia of New Virginia; brothers, William and wife Betty of Truro, and John and wife Pat of Kalispell, Mont.; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son.
