Harry L. Gray, Winterset

Funeral services for Harry L. Gray, 83, were held Mon. Dec. 3 at Collins Funeral Home, Winterset, with the Rev. Leonard Leslie officiating. Gray died November 29 at his home.

Harry Levi Gray was born January 22, 1907 to Elmer and Bessie (Cross) Gray in Corydon. He married Hazel J. Bush, May 31, 1930. A Winterset resident for the past 65 years, he was a retired heavy equipment operator, having worked for Gender's Rock Quarry and George Gray.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a son and two brothers.

Surviving are a son, John E. Gray of Winterset, seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Burial was at Winterset Cemetery. Memorials will be made to First Christian Church, Winterset.
