Glee Wheeler, 75, of Treynor, died March 7, 1996 at her home. Funeral services were March 9 at the Zion Congregation Church in Treynor with burial at the church cemetery.
She was born in Patterson July 26, 1920 to Ralph and Etta (Salsbury) Shaklee. She married Harley Wheeler. She lived in Treynor for the past 20 years and was a member of the Zion Congregational Church; the Dorcas Aid, and served as a volunteer at the Jennie Edmundsen Memorial Hospital and the Treynor Recreational Area.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two brothers.
Surviving relatives include one son, Larry Wheeler of Council Bluffs; one daughter, Vonita of Omaha; five gandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
