ROBERT WHITE, Red Bluff

Robert Alvin White, 91, of Red Bluff, died Aug. 3, 1994 at the Tehama County Health Center in Red Bluff. Memorial services were Aug. 6, 1994 with inurnment at Paradise Cemetery under the direction of Chapel of the Pines Mortuary.

He was born April 3, 1903 to Sidney and Gertrude White. He married Thelma Gordon on June 11, 1925 in Winterset. He was the owner of Bob White Food Store in Winterset in the 1930s and 40s and was a retired painting contractor. White was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Red Bluff, the Madison Lodge 136 Winterset Oddfellows and associate member of the Oddfellows Lodge in Red Bluff. He was also a charter member of the Lions Club in Winterset.

Surviving relatives include his wife; two sons, Dick of Red Bluff and Jim of Kensoha, Wisc.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
