Inez Mae Fryer, Winterset

Services for Inez Mae Fryer, 75, Winterset, who died July 29 at her home were held Tuesday, Aug. 2 at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Dan Borger officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born at Des Moines Oct. 4, 1907, she was the daughter of James and Nancy Jane Robbins Gray. She married Robert Earl Fryer, Sr., Oct. 11, 1924, in Des Moines. He died Dec. 29, 1964. Mrs. Fryer was a resident of Winterset for 19 years and was a member of the Methodist church.

Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Jane Welch of Winterset; a brother, William Gray of California; a sister, Goldie Robbins of Norwalk; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Rita Fryer.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, a son, two brothers and two sisters.
