Kenneth Frey, Winterset

A memorial service for Kenneth Dale Frey, 68, was held July 30 at Lorimor Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Epperson officiating. Mr. Frey died July 27, 1993 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.

He was born in Osceola, May 22, 1925 to Harold and Laura (Cook) Frey. He lived here most of his life and was retired from quarry construction.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother.

Surviving relatives include two sons, Tony Frey of Des Moines and Brad Frey of Germany; one daughter (name not listed); two brothers, Galen Frey of Osceola and Clarence Frey of Winterset; one half brother, Vernon Frey of Arva, Mo.; two sister, Dorothy Porter of Des Moines and Shirley Heslope of Marion; and three grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
