March 12, 1991, page 4BOCALA -- Shirley Kay Foshe, 53, a secretary for the State Farm Insurance claims office in Ocala, died March 7, 1991, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Winterset, Iowa, Mrs. Foshe moved here eight years ago. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Roxanne Moore, Ocala; a son, Bill Foshe, Savannah, Ga.; her mother, Fay Haines, Winterset; a sister, Alice Fritz, Winterset; a brother, Jim Haines, Winterset; and six grandchildren.
Hiers Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Funeral services for Shirley Kay Foshe, 53, were held March 14 at Hiers Funeral Home, Ocala, with the Rev. Phillip Hanes officiating. She died March 7 at an Orlando, Fla. hospital.
She was born July 29, 1937 in Madison County to Maurice and Fay (Armstrong) Haines and graduated from Winterset High School in 1955. She worked in Washington, D.C., employed in communications for the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Returning to Iowa in 1958, she married William Foshe of Des Moines. She lived in Iowa until moving to Florida in 1978. For 15 years in both Des Moines and Florida, she worked for State Farm Insurance. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Ocala.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by a daughter, Roxanne Moore of Ocala; a son, William F. of Savannah, Ga.; her mother Fay Hines of Winterset; a sister, Alice Fritz of Grand Junction; a brother, Jim Haines of Des Moines; and five grandchildren.
Burial was at Highland Memorial Park in Ocala.
