Lillian Forsyth, Dallas Center

Services for Lillian Forsyth, 93, Dallas Center, who died December 30 at her residence, were held Tues., Jan. 2, at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Epperson of the Foursquare Gospel Church officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born in Pottawattamie County on Feb. 25, 1896, she was the daughter of Andrew and Mary Frances Riley Lischer. She was a homemaker and had lived in Dallas Center since March of 1972 after coming from Earlham. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Griswold. On February 10, 1916, she was married to Leon G. Forsyth in Pottawattamie County.

Survivors include sons, Frank of LaPine, Ore., and Wilbur of Winterset; daughters, Leonore Richardson of Winterset and Elva Stroeber of Dallas Center; nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
