Funeral services for Helen Foreman, 83, were held Tues., April 16 at Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Leonard Leslie officiating. She died April 12 at home.
A lifelong Madison County resident, she was born March 23, 1908 to Charles and Martha Husted and married Frank Foreman in Creston. She was a retired elementary school teacher, having been employed by the Winterset Public School System and was a member of First Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sons.
Survivors include a daughter, Martha Ann Zierke of Silver City; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Winterset Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.
