Isaac Francis Foreman, Winterset

Services for Isaac Francis Foreman, 84, Winterset, who died Feb. 1 at the Madison County Memorial Hospital will be held Friday, Feb. l7 at 1:30 p.m. at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Brite officiating. Burial will be at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born near Lorimor on Dec. 5, 1901, he was the son of Will and Liva Young Foreman. He was a retired highway maintenance worker in Madison County and was a lifetime resident except for seven years spent working on the AlCan Highway in Alaska.

On. Jan. 1, 1930 he was married to Helen Husted Miller at Creston.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Martha Zierke of Silver City, Iowa; a sister, Marie Deardorff of Winterset; six grandchildren and eight great-granchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, two grandchildren, a brother and a sister.

WINTERSET, IA. –Services for Isaac Frank Foreman, 84, of Winterset, who died of a heart attack Saturday at Madison County Memorial Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Collins Funeral Home. Burial will be in the cemetery here.

Mr. Foreman was born in Lorimor. He retired from the Madison County road maintenance department.

Survivors include his wife, Helen; a daughter, Martha Zierke of Silver City; a sister, Marie Deardorff of Winterset; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
