DEATH OF T. R. WILKIE

Word has been received here of the death of Theodore R. Wilkie, former Winterset attorney. Mr. Wilkie, who was 58 years of age, died unexpectedly Sunday night, September 24th, 1933, at his home in Oskaloosa. Mr. Wilkie went to Oskaloosa from Grinnell 19 years ago, and was formerly a partner of T. J. Bray of Oskaloosa.

He is survived by his wife, a son, John, of Washington, D. C., and a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Nelson of Oskaloosa.

Funeral services were held in Oskaloosa and the body was brought to Winterset for burial. Short services are to be held at the Wintersest cemetery at two o'clock this afternoon.

The Wilkies resided in the house now occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Douglas.
