MRS. MYRTLE ORR DIES AT 88 YEARS

Life-Time Resident of This County Died Here Monday

Mrs. Myrtle Orr, a life-long resident of Madison county died Monday, June 27, at a nursing home here. She was 88 years of age.

Mrs. Orr was a daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Thomas Feeley and was born in this county on Sept. 5, 1871. She was married March 12, 1870, to William C. Orr. His death occurred in 1931.

She was the mother of two sons, Gary and Clifton Orr, but both preceded her in death. She leaves three grandchildren, Mrs. Winifred Johannsen of Perry, Gail Orr of Topeka, Kan. and Mrs. LaDena Davis of Richmond, Calif., in addition to six great grandchildren.

Funeral services were to be held this Wednesday afternoon from the Richards Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Robert J. Owens. Burial will be made in the Winterset cemetery.
