TERESA TUTTLE WILMES, Carlisle

Services for Teresa Tuttle Wilmes, 25, a former Winterset resident, who died of cancer Feb. 1, 1985, at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines, were held Monday at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial was at Peru Cemetery in Madison County.

Mrs. Wilmes was born in Winterset and lived in Indianola most of her life. She moved to Carlisle in 1981 and was a junior administrative correspondent with The Bankers Life of Des Moines, where she had wrked since 1977.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas; a son, Thomas Joseph Jr., at home; her parents, Thomas and Donna Tuttle of Demotte, Ind.; a brother, Rick Tuttle of Des Moines; her grandparents, Ivan and Pauline Austin of Peru; and Margaret Tuttle of Winterset; and a stepgrandmother, Doris Tuttle of Hanover, Minn.
