JUNIETTA A. WILSON, Winterset

Junietta Agnes Wilson, 84, died from complications of Parkinson's disease Feb. 19, 2000, at Integrated Health Services in Winterset.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 22, at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset with Pastor Marc Rucklos officiating. Burial was at Winterset Cemetery.

Junietta Wilson was born July 8, 1915, to Robert Ross and Agnes (Harp) Rogers of Winterset. She married Gordon Wilson on Sept. 26, 1934, in Creston. Junietta, a great-granddaughter of Caleb and Ruth Clark, one of the first pioneer families to settle in Madison County, was a resident of Winterset most of her life. She was a member of Farm Bureau, Wesley Chapel W.S.C.S., Friendly Neighbor Garden Club, Pythian Sisters and the First Christian Church in Winterset.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband; five daughters, Lois Kelieher (husband Paul) of Grand Junction, Colo., Marilyn Dolan (husband Don) of Greenfield, Janice Kirkland (husband Dennis) of Creston, Martha Roper (husband Doug) of Des Moines and Mary Jo Achee (husband Leroy) of Livonia, La.; three sisters, Dawn Clipperton of Winterset, Mabel Forbes of Branson, Mo., and Kathleen Whatley (Husband Charles) of Mesa, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
