Funeral services for Mary Wilson of Lee township were held Sunday, Dec. 24, from the Methodist church in Booneville.
Mrs. Wilson died Dec. 21, 1973, at her home. She was 67 years of age.
A daughter of William and Mary Stephenson, she was born near Patterson on Sept. 14, 1905. She was married to Glenn Wilson on Nov. 30, 1924 near Patterson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, on Dec. 31, 1968, and by one brother, Frank Stephenson of Indianola, and by a sister, Ella Hoisington of Missouri.
Surviving are two sisters, Blanche Compton and Ida Ridout of Winterset; and three brothers, John Stephenson of Peru, and Elmer and William Stephenson of Winterset.
Officiating at the funeral service was the Rev. Paul Walters. Burial was in the Winterset cemetery.

Page 3, Column 5Mary Rose Wilson, daughter of Mary and William Stephenson, was born in Madison County on Sept 14, 1905. She died very suddenly at her home on Dec. 21, 1972. She was 67 years of age.
She was married to Glenn V. Wilson on Nov. 30, 1924 at the home of her parents. They were married 44 years. Her husband preceded her in death. She had lived all of her life in Madison County; and since 1946 lived at her present farm home.
Surviving are her two sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Royal (Blanche) Compton, Mrs. Lloyd (Ida) Ridout, Elmer Stephenson and William Stephenson, all of Winterset; and John Stephenson of Peru, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn, on Dec. 31, 1968, one sister, and one brother.
