Ryman Eyerly, Mesa, Ariz.

Ryman Eyerly, son of Fred and Esther Brock Eyerly, died in Mesa, AZ, Nov. 18, 1988.

Mr. Eyerly was born in Hamil, S. Dak., on March 14, 1917, and his early life was spent in Madison county. He later made his home in Des Moines with his maternal grandparents.

He served in the Air Force in World War II and was married to Wilma Gardner in Winterset in 1946.

In 1973, he retired as State Claims Mgr. for Preferred Risk Ins. Co. in Denver, Colo. In 1977 he and his wife moved to Mesa, which has since been their home.

He is survived by his wife, son, Gary of Twin Falls, Idaho, and two brothers; Eugene of Denver, Colo., and Frank of Leavenworth, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Donald and Wilbur.

Memorial services were held Nov. 22nd at Red Mountain United Methodist Church in Mesa. Internment was in Mountain View Memorial Gardens in Mesa.
