Belle Clark

Belle Dora Clark, daughter of William and Hannah Fee was born June 23, 1860, in Madison county near Earlham, Iowa, and died July 15, 1931.

She was married to J. D. Clark on February 4, 1884. To this union was born eight children, two who died in infancy and six who survive her. The daughters are: Mrs. L. W. Bingman, Adel; Mrs. Everett Dill, Sioux City; Mrs. Hannah Farrell, Des Moines. The sons: W. G. of Des Moines; R. F. of Honolulu, Hawaii; and N. C. Clark of Berkley, California. She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Jacob Myers of Winterset; sixteen grandchildren and one great grand child.

She was a member of the United Presbyterian church of Winterset until she moved to Des Moines 21 years ago at which time she placed her letter in the Central Church of Christ, where she was a member until her death.
