December 26, 1979Final Rites Saturday For Elsie DeKalb
Funeral services for Elsie DeKalb who died Wednesday morning at Valley View Village in Des Moines, will be at the Overton Funeral Home Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Fairfield.
A former school teacher, she had taught at Winterset prior to her retirement.
She had been an Indianola resident for many years before moving to Valley View Village, and was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a brother, Leo DeKalb of Bettenforf and a brother-in-law, Clarence L. Heskett of Indianola.
