April 15, 1964FUNERAL HELD HERE FOR 2-YEAR-OLD BOY
Funeral services were held this Wednesday morning from Wilson's Funeral home for Clayton Darryl Lester Davis, 2-year-old son of Spc. 5 and Mrs. Kenneth Davis of Ft. Bragg, N. C. The little boy had died Friday, April 10, at Womack Army hospital at Ft. Bragg.
The child was born at Makawao, Maui, Hawaii on March 10, 1962, a son of Kenneth D. and Grace Kekiwi Davis. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Pamela; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Miles Davis of Winterset; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kekiwi of Makawao, Maui.
The V. Rev. Msgr. John W. Higgins, pastor of St. Joseph's Catholic church in Winterset, conducted the funeral services here. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
