Marjorie M. Datwyler, Peru

Marjorie Marie Datwyler, 73, of Peru, a homemaker, died of complication of a broken hip Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. A memorial graveside service was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Peru Cemetery. The body was cremated.

Mrs. Datwyler was born in Madison County. She was past worthy matron of the Winterset Chapter of Order of the Eastern Star and was a member of Madison County Community Garden Club and the Peru Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Wilson; son, Keith of Peru; a sister, Phyllis Woodman of Winterset; and two grandchildren.

Kale Funeral Home in Truro handled arrangements.
