1997Pauline Fry, 96, of Earlham, died of cardiac arrest on Saturday, Dec. 27, 1997 at the Earlham Health Care Center.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 30 at Fisher Funeral Home in Adel. Burial was at Panther Creek Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Adel. Fisher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Fry was born Virginia Pauline Robbins on May 28, 1901 in Redfield, the daughter of Aaron and Mary Ann Miller Robbins. She had lived in Adel and lived in Earlham for the past 40 years. She and her husband were co-owners of the Adel Locker.
She was a church organist and played piano and violin in the Cadwell Orchestra. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Earlham, Sunshine Circle, Madison County Democratic Women and KK Club of Adel.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Lorenzo Royer and Fred Fry.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
