Bertha Ione Trueblood, 92, of Winterset, died Tuesday, July 8, 1997 of cancer at the Winterset Care Center South. She was buried in the Earlham Cemetery with no services held.

Mrs. Trueblood was born near Bagley to Albert L. and Margaret Davis Groves. She was a member of the Earlham community for several years before moving to Winterset in 1977.

Mrs. Trueblood was preceded in death by her husband, David Alan Trueblood.
