Charles "Bud" Cooper, Truro

Charles LeRoy "Bud" Cooper, 67, died March 1, 1993, at Des Moines General Hospital. Funeral services will be held at Collins Funeral Home on Fri., March 5 at 2 p.m. The Rev. Bill Branson will officiate. Visitation will be Thurs., March 4 from12 to 9 p.m. Burial will be at Winterset Cemetery.

Mr. Cooper was born April 4, 1925, in Madison County to Charles and Mary (Cummings) Cooper. He married Theola Brown on April 4, 1951, at Fairview, Mo. A lifelong resident he was a self-employed laborer. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.

Preceding him in death were his parents, two brothers and three sisters.

Surviving relatives include his wife of Truro and a sister, Cleo Post of Winterset.
