O. Ruth Conard, Winterset

Services for O. Ruth Conard, 69, Winterset, who died Jan. 2 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, will be held Friday, Jan. 4 at 1:30 p.m. at the Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Worsham officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born in Adair County Aug. 21, 1915, she was the daughter of John and Kathryn Veatch. She lived most of her life in Adair and Madison Counties.

On Dec. 9, 1930 she married Earl Conard at Omaha. Mrs. Conard was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Yvonne Meyer of Tucson, Ariz.; a son, Kenneth of Winterset; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
