Ora Anna Sorenson, 93, of Ormond Beach, Fla., died April 24, 2006, at Ormond-in-the-Pines Rehabilitation Center in Ormond Beach, Fla.

A memorial service was held at Ormond-in-the-Pines. Burial of the cremains will be at Winterset Cemetery at a later date.

Ora Klingaman was born March 6, 1913, in rural Webster Township to Charles C. and Mary A. (Huffman) Klingaman. She attended rural school in Webster Township, graduating from Winterset High School in 1930.

On July 31, 1931, she was united in marriage to William H. Luth. Following his death in 1954, she later married Harold R. Sorenson on April 30, 1966. They settled in Homestead, Fla., after Harold’s retirement. Ora remained in Homestead until Hurricane Andrew destroyed her home in 1992. She then relocated to Ormond Beach, Fla.

While a resident of Winterset, Ora was employed as a medical technician at Madison County Memorial Hospital. She also was active in the Pythian Sisters.

Besides her two husbands, she was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

She is survived by one son, William C. Luth of Mesa, Ariz.; one daughter, Barbara Luth Butler of Ormond Beach, Fla.; a brother, George Klingaman of Las Vegas, Nev.; and four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
