Funeral Services Will Be Held This Friday for Winterset Man
Guy H. D. Bailey, a resident of Madison county most of his life, died Tuesday, March 31, at a Des Moines hospital. He was 73 years of age.
Mr. Bailey was born in this county Nov. 8, 1885, a son of Thomas and Kate Dryden Bailey. Most of his life was spent in farming, from which he had retired. He also operated a cream route.
He is survived by his brother, Willis Bailey of Winterset, and by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held this Friday at 2 p.m. from the Richards Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. LeRoy Bussinger, pastor of the Winterset Foursquare church. Burial will be made in the Winterset cemetery.
