Mildred Bush Services Held Last Thursday

Mildred Irene Bush, 63, of Winterset, died Tuesday, October 18, 1977, at Madison County Memorial Hospital. She was a lifetime resident of this community, a housewife and affiliated with the Christian Church.

Mrs. Bush was born August 10, 1914 in Madison County, the daughter of James A. and Sarah Blossom Brooks Sheldon. Her marriage to Wray Bush took place June 30, 1934 in Winterset.

Survivors include her husband, Wray; two sons, Donald Bush of San Antonio, Texas, Wyman Bush of Winterset; a daughter, Irene Wolken of Redding, Calif.; seven grandchildren and two sisters, Dorothy Lemon of Thayer, Iowa and Florence Ross of Winterset.

Funeral services were Thursday, Oct. 20, at 2 p.m. from Collins Funeral Home, Rev. David Livingston officiating. Burial was made at the Winterset Cemetery.
