FUNERAL FRIDAY FOR BERTHA BROWN

Bertha Brown, a patient at a Winterset nursing home, died Tuesday Dec. 3, at the nursing home. She was 72 years of age.

Miss Brown was born in Winterset March 25, 1896, a daughter of George W. and Ella Youmans Brown. She never married.

Nearest surviving relatives are four cousins.

Funeral services were held Friday from the Collins Funeral home in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. Charles Updike, pastor of the Winterset Foursquare church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
