Myrtie Brock, Winterset

Graveside services for Myrtie Brock, 99, of Bethesda Care Center, who died of a heart ailment Thursday, Oct. 22, were held Saturday, Oct. 24, at McDonald Cemetery near Winterset.

Mr. Brock was born in Fort Dodge and had lived in Des Moines following retirement. He previously lived many years in Creston, where he retired as a laborer.

Survivors include two daughters, Maxine Cisna and Inice Luna, both of Des Moines; a stepdaughter, Maxine Gardner of Fort Dodge; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
