Attend Service For Leo Boresi

Funeral services were held at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Des Moines Monday morning for Leo Boresi, 53, who died Friday at a hospital in Des Moines. Mr. Boresi had undergone open heart surgery about a year ago. Burial was at Glendale Cemetery.

Mr. Boresi was employed by Iowa Beauty Supply Company. He is survived by his wife, the former Marjorie Miles, and three children, a son, Rick, a student at the University of Iowa and two daughters, Julie and Kathy at home.

Among those from this vicinity who attended the services were Blaine Miles, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Miles, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Risher, Phil Miles of Van Meter, Mr. and Mrs. Clair Burd and Mr. and Mrs. Chris Lee of Winterset and George Goodson of Van Meter.
