Theodore Bissell, aged 46, former Winterset grocer, died Thursday, Aug. 3, at a Des Moines hospital after a long illness. Mr. Bissell who had acute lukemia had been ill for the last four months.
Mr. Bissell was in the grocery business here for 18 months, leaving Winterset for Des Moines three years ago. His near surviving relatives are his wife and their son. Funeral and burial services were held in Des Moines.
