March 1945FRED BISSELL DIES ON WEST COAST
Fred Bissell, former resident of Jackson township, died recently at Eugene, Ore., according to word received by relatives here this week.
Mr. Bissell was a brother of Elmer Bissell of Earlham. He left this community about 20 years ago.
