Services for Clark E. Biggs, 98, who resided at the Perry Lutheran Home, died Friday, Sept. 19. Graveside services were held Sept. 22 at the Oakdale Cemetery in Adel.

Mr. Biggs was born in Winterset, had lived in Wabash, Ind., for 20 years and had been in Perry the past two years. He was an auditor for Schroeder Hotels at Wabash.

He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Disciples of Christ Church, the American Legion and the Masonic Lodge, all at Wabash. He was a graduate of Drake University and spent eight years teaching in Winterset.

Survivors include daughters, Elizabeth Wolfe of Austin, Texas, Marilyn Ritzman of Perry and Shirley Jacobs of Rippey; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
