Thursday, June 12, 1986Keith Michael Boyle, born to Jerald and Verla Boyle, grew to manhood with his father and second mother Patrice on their rural Dexter farm.
Keith graduated from Earlham High School in 1985 with top scholastic, athletic and community achievement honors. He enrolled in William Penn College and completed his first year, again with honors.
Living life to the fullest, no job was too big, task to hard but that Keith was equal to the challenge.
Dying of a sudden accident on June 6, 1986, Keith will always be remembered for his easy smile and love of all things.
Preceded in death by his mother Verla Jean and grandparents Morris and Lela Boyle, Keith is survived by his parents Jerald and Patrice Boyle of Dexter, sisters Susan and Beth, brothers Lynn and Brian Boyle and Mike and Doug Rex; grandparents Verle and Eva York and great grandparent Fred York, of Adel.
Reverend Robert Farr officiated at the funeral service at the Penn Center United Methodist Church, rural Earlham, Iowa on June 9, 1986. Robert Waldron presented “ode to a Loving Son” and Philip Padilla gave “Tribute to a Friend”. Velma Garrett provided organ music. Pallbearers were Philip Padilla, Mitch Noah, Jamie Julseth, Bill Bond, John Wells, Mike Noah, Mike Frank and Brad Hauschildt. Interment was in Penn Center Cemetery, rural Earlham, Iowa.
