ST. CHARLES WOMAN DIED LAST WEDNESDAY

Mrs. Lora Bennington Passes Following Stroke at Age of 69

Mrs. Lora Bennington died on Monday of last week at her home just west of St. Charles, following a stroke. She was 69 years old and had been in failing health for two years.

Mrs. Bennington is survived by six children, Walter and Olga Bennington at home, Donald Bennington of Ayrshire, Mrs. Dorothy Phillips of Lorimor, Mrs. Velta Dickson of Van Meter, and Wilma Bennington of Chicago. Her husband died in 1930.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday of last week from the St. Charles Methodist church in charge of the Rev. J. A. Kettle of Des Moines. Burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery.
